Shipping
We ship orders every business day via USPS Ground Advantage. During high volume times, order may take up to two business days to ship. All orders ship USPS Ground Advantage unless Priority Mail was selected during checkout. In some cases a signature upon receipt is required for high value orders.
Orders with a final total over $49 ship free. Orders under that threshold have a flat shipping fee of $5.99 to locations in the contiguous United States and a flat shipping fee of $9.99 to locations in the non-contiguous United States and other United States territories such as Puerto Rico or US military bases.
We currently only ship directly within the United States of America. We have had international customers order from us in the past using forwarding services, but please be advised that we are not responsible for your package once it has been received by the forwarding company.
If a parcel is refused by you and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products in the parcel. Postage is not refundable in this instance.
Returns
Please email us for a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and free from defect.We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have misshipped an item please contact us and we’ll arrange to ship you the correct item right away and provide a postage label to return the misshipped item.
- Opened pre-packaged or bulk products
- Items which were discontinued at the time of purchase (closeout items)
- Partially returned items (for instance, returning 2 of 3 clasps when the original pack contained 3 clasps)
For a discretionary returns, the original postage will be withheld. Should the purchase previously qualified for free shipping, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the original shipping fee.
RESELLING – Customers shall not, directly or indirectly, including through any agents, distribute, market, sell or solicit items ordered from Beads Direct USA on any of the Amazon selling platforms, including, but not limited to, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.co.uk. Customer further agrees not to distribute, market, or sell items ordered from Beads Direct USA to any person if the Customer has any reason to believe that products will be sold by such person, directly or indirectly, on any Amazon selling platform.
