Q: Are you open to the public?

A: While any member of the public can shop on our website, our warehouse is not open to the public.

Q: Can I pick up my order frrom your warehouse?

A: Yes, just select that you will pick the order up during checkout and we will email you as soon as it is ready for pickup.

Q: How quickly do you ship?

A: Your order will typically  ship within 1 -2 business days – we ship orders every day Monday through Friday. During sales shipping may take a little longer.

Q: Why was an item removed from my cart?

A: When an item that has been placed in your cart sells out before you check out, the system will automatically remove the item from your cart.

Q: How do I access the patterns that I added to my order?

A: To access your patterns, go to the homepage and scroll down to the bottom of the page.  Click on “my account” and then on “downloads”. You will then see a list of all the patterns that you have added to orders to download.

Q: Why is my discount coupon not working?

A: Coupon codes are case sensitive. Some coupons exclude sale items as well as clearance items.
