It sounds like a very insignificant thing, but these beads were packaged in a pastel mint green bubble bag. It arrived in such a pristine condition, as if it had been hand carried to my door step. I could tell how this highly visible package ‘stood out’ among thousands of other packages in the postal system assuring a safe journey. These people care about there products even after the package has left their hands. Things like that, tell a lot about who I am doing business with.

I’ve been admiring this shop from afar for a long time, so a recent trip to the US (I live in South Africa), was the perfect time to place an order to restock my Delica beads.
